PSYCHOLOGIST, COACH, FACILITATOR

Hi - I’m Tess Collins.
It’s nice to meet you.

It’s so lovely to have you here, and it makes me smile that you’re considering seeing me as your psychologist.

I’ve been working as a psychologist for over 8 years, supporting people to feel heard, seen, clearer and more empowered as they navigate a range of life challenges and changes.

Outside of the work I do, I live and breathe trail running, love swimming in the ocean in summertime, getting lost in a good book with candles lit, and spending quality time with friends and family. These are some of my favourite kinds of therapy - and so underrated!

MY MISSION

To help people feel truly seen, heard and understood, so they can find clarity, feel empowered and navigate life with greater confidence.

My Why

I’ve always been drawn to listening to people’s stories and understanding the experiences that shape who we are. As a psychologist, I feel so privileged to sit alongside people through the messy, uncertain and sometimes challenging seasons of life - creating a space where they can be truly themselves, without judgement.

Over the years, I’ve supported many people through change, uncertainty, relationships, identity, self-doubt and the many unexpected twists and turns that life brings. I have also helped many who are living a good life but want to enrich it even more. I am inspired by supporting someone to feel genuinely heard and understood - seeing them learn more about themselves, trust their own voice and feel more empowered to create a life that feels right for them.

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about creating the space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters to you and move forward with greater clarity, courage and confidence.
