Tess Collins Psychology
Understand yourself. Find your clarity. Create a life that feels like you.
Hey, I’m Tess!
I’m a psychologist, coach and facilitator, trail runner, ocean swimmer, book lover and someone who is deeply passionate about people, their stories and the wonderfully messy experience of being human.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves, share what’s really going on and feel genuinely heard and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, a big life change, feeling stuck or simply wanting to understand yourself a little better, I’m here to help you make sense of it all, find some clarity and feel more empowered in where you go next.
I don’t believe therapy is about fixing who you are. I believe it’s about creating the space to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters to you and move forward with greater clarity, courage and self-trust.
Work Together
Therapy Sessions
Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, a breakup or the stress of becoming a parent, our sessions offer a compassionate space to work through it together. I also support people with perfectionism, self-esteem, identity, and the bigger questions around career, life direction and finding a work-life balance that actually works.
Career & Leadership Assessments
Want a clearer picture of what drives you? Using strengths, values, interest and personality assessments, I'll help you understand how you work best so you can make confident career decisions and grow as a leader.
About Tess
I am a Registered Psychologist and Organisational Psychologist passionate about supporting adults through anxiety, depression, major life changes and periods of feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain. I provide thoughtful, compassionate and evidence-based psychological care tailored to each person’s individual needs, circumstances and goals. I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where people feel heard, understood and supported to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Through my work in private practice, I have supported adults experiencing both short-term difficulties and longer-term mental health concerns. I work collaboratively with each person to understand what is important to them, build practical strategies and work towards meaningful and sustainable change. Where appropriate, I also collaborate with other members of a person’s treating team to support coordinated care.
